『hololive 7th fes. Ridin' on Dreams Supported By LAWSON』につきまして、2025年12月19日(金)より行われた2次先行(ローチケ / 抽選)において、ローソンチケットの設定不備により、一定期間本来不要なファンクラブ会員番号の入力が求められる事象が発生しておりました。

皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしまして申し訳ございません。

「hololive FANCLUB」としましては、本事象に伴い対象期間にファンクラブに入会されたお客様のうち、ご希望の方へ入会キャンセルおよび会費返金を実施することを決定いたしました。

お手数をおかけしまして恐れ入りますが、入会キャンセル・返金をご希望される場合は下記ご案内をご確認のうえ、お手続きいただきますようお願いいたします。

期間内に申請のうえ、後日ファンクラブよりご案内いたします内容に従って返金受取を行ってください。

<How to proceed>

Please apply within the period and follow the instructions provided by the fan club at a later date to receive your refund.
Details on how to refund those who have applied will be announced from mid-February onwards.

*Refunds will be made using ECONTEXT's service "CASH POST." *You can choose your preferred method of refund: bank transfer, d-payment, or Seven Bank ATM receipt. If you wish to receive the money into your bank account, please prepare the account in advance and be sure to enter the correct number when processing.

*After the application period has ended and the application details have been reviewed, Membership Number will be invalidated. Please note that you will no longer be able to use the fan club services.
