年に一度、会員様の誕生月にオリジナルイラストを使用した「誕生日カード」をご自宅にお届けいたします。
発送時期：会員様の誕生月内に発送いたします。
発送の対象：誕生月の前月末までにご入会いただいた会員様が対象となります。※1
紛失時の対応：配送中の事故を除き、紛失等による再発行は承りかねますので、大切に保管していただきますようお願い申し上げます。
掲載タレント：デザインパターンごとに、複数名のタレントが掲載されたバースデーカードをお届けいたします。※2
※1.会員様の入会月と誕生月が同月の場合は、翌年分からのお届けとなります。
(例)11月がお誕生日の場合 ⇒ 10月末までにご入会いただくと、11月中にお届けします。
※2.利用規約上の特典定義は「誕生日カード自体のお届け」を保証するものであり、特定のタレントの掲載を確約するものではございません。あらかじめご了承ください。
＜誕生日カードのイラストについて＞
毎年新たな装いで誕生日をお祝いできるよう、毎年11月以降の発送分より新規イラストへの差し替えを行います。また掲載タレントを区分するデザインパターンは以下をご確認ください。
＜デザインパターン＞
デザインパターンごとに掲載タレントが異なり、ご希望のデザインをご選択いただけます。
登録時、または登録完了後のマイページ内「会員情報」の項目から設定・変更が可能です。
誕生月の前月末時点で設定されたデザインのカードを、誕生月にお送りいたします。
なお誕生月の前月末時点で未設定の場合は、事務局の任意デザインでお送りいたします。

＜卒業タレントへの対応と掲載期間について＞
タレントが卒業した場合、原則として卒業後最初に迎える「10月発送分」まで掲載を継続いたします。 ただし、イラストの切り替え時期(毎年11月)の関係上、卒業時期によっては掲載期間が異なる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。なお、掲載期間が異なる場合には、NEWS等にて改めてお知らせいたします。
Once a year, during the hololive FANCLUB member's birthday month, a "Birthday Card" featuring an original illustration will be sent to your home.
Shipping period：Items will be shipped within the member's birthday month.
Eligible recipients：Members who join by the end of the month before their birthday month are eligible.*1
In case of loss：We cannot reissue lost Birthday Cards except in cases of accidents during delivery, so please keep them in a safe place.
Featured talent：For each design pattern, we will deliver Birthday Cards featuring multiple talents. *2
*1. If the month you joined the membership and your birthday fall in the same month, your Birthday Card will be sent starting from the following year.
(Example) If your birthday is in November ⇒ If you join by the end of October, your card will be delivered in November.
*2. Please note that the definition of benefits in the Terms of Use only guarantees the delivery of the Birthday Card itself, and does not guarantee that a specific celebrity will be featured.
＜About Birthday Card illustrations＞
To allow you to celebrate your birthday in a new design every year, we will replace the illustrations with new ones starting with shipments made after November each year. Please see below for the design patterns that distinguish the featured talents.
＜Design Patterns＞
Each design pattern features a different talent, so you can choose the design you want.
You can set or change your information at the time of registration or after completing registration in the "Member Information" section of your My Page.
The card with the design selected at the end of the month before your birth month will be sent to you in your birth month.
If you have not yet set your birthday card as of the end of the month before your birth month, we will send you a card with a design of your choice.

＜Regarding graduating talents and publication period＞
If a talent graduates, as a general rule, their image will continue to be published until the first October issue after graduation. However, due to the change in illustrations (November each year), the publication period may differ depending on the time of graduation. We appreciate your understanding. If the posting period differs, we will notify you again via NEWS etc.
