応募時点およびキャンペーン集計締日である2026年6月末時点まで有効会員である必要があります。


【STEP 3】専用フォームからの応募申請

SPECIALページ内専用フォームにて、配信チケットを購入した各プラットフォーム(SPWNまたはZAIKO)のIDを入力して申請してください。


■ID確認方法

SPWN：SPWNサイトにてログイン後、アカウント情報ページから「SPWN ID」をコピー

ZAIKO：ZAIKOサイトにてログイン後、アカウントページ内基本情報から「ユーザーID」をコピー

※IDが一致しない場合、照合ができず特典対象外となりますのでご注意ください。


＜注意事項＞

・特典の配布・発送は、ファンクラブ側でチケット購入データとの照合が完了した後に行います。各特典の配布予定時期より、予告なく変更となる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

＜当選者への発送に関する注意事項＞

・当選者の発表は特典の発送をもって代えさせていただきます。

・特典は2026年6月末時点のファンクラブにご登録のご住所宛に発送いたします。

・ファンクラブ登録住所が国外の方にはお届けいたしかねます。海外への直接発送は行っておりません。海外転送サービス等をご利用の方は、ご登録時に海外転送サービス等の住所をご入力ください。

・住所不備や不在、転居などにより、当選グッズが配送されなかった場合、返送確認後、90日間保管いたします。保管期間経過後は廃棄処分とさせていただきます。

・返送された当選グッズの再発送を希望される場合、発送費用につきましては会員負担となりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・当選グッズに不備が確認された場合、グッズの交換対応を行います。不備に関しては当社の基準に準拠させていただきます。また、不備が確認できない場合、交換対応はいたしかねます。

[STEP 2] Check your Fan Club membership status

You must be an active member at the time of application and until the campaign's closing date, the end of June 2026.


[STEP 3] Application via the dedicated form

Please apply via the dedicated form on the SPECIAL page by entering the ID of the platform (SPWN or ZAIKO) where you purchased your streaming ticket.


■How to verify your ID

SPWN：After logging in to the SPWN website, copy your "SPWN ID" from the account information page.

ZAIKO：After logging in to the ZAIKO website, copy your "User ID" from the basic information section on your account page.​


*Please note that if the IDs do not match, verification will not be possible and you will not be eligible for the benefits.


<Important Notes>

・Distribution and shipping of benefits will take place after the fan club has completed verification with the ticket purchase data. Please note that the scheduled distribution period for each benefit may change without prior notice.

・Applications submitted after the campaign period ends will not be accepted.

・The campaign may be changed or ended without notice. 


<Important Notes regarding shipping to winners>

・Winners will be notified by the shipment of their prizes.

・The bonus items will be shipped to the address registered with your fan club as of the end of June 2026.

・We cannot deliver to fan club members whose registered address is outside of Japan. We do not ship directly overseas. If you use an overseas forwarding service, please enter the address of the overseas forwarding service when registering.

・If the prize cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, absence, or moving, the prize will be stored for 90 days after the return confirmation. After this period, the prize will be disposed of.

・If you wish to have the returned prizes re-shipped, please note that the shipping costs will be borne by the member.

・If any defects are found in the winning goods, we will exchange them. We will comply with our company's standards regarding defects. Furthermore, if no defects are found, we will not be able to exchange the goods.

・To exchange your winning goods, you will need to return them. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods, so if there is any problem, please contact us promptly within 7 days of receiving the goods. As a general rule, we cannot respond to inquiries made after 8 days from the date of arrival.

・We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers in connection with their application, except in cases where we are guilty of intentional or gross negligence.
