「天音かなた」卒業に伴う誕生日カードの対応につきまして、一部内容を変更させていただきます。


この度、多くの会員様より「卒業するタレントに対しても、誕生日カードを受け取れる猶予期間を設けてほしい」という切実なご要望を多数いただきました。運営チームで検討を重ねた結果、ファンの皆様の想いに寄り添い、天音かなたに関しては1月以降も猶予期間を設けることを決定いたしました。


天音かなたの猶予期間に関しましては、以降の卒業タレント対応とあわせて調整中となっておりますので、改めてhololive FANCLUBのNEWSにてお知らせいたします。


※誕生日カードは、会員の誕生月に発送しますが、入会月と誕生月が同じ会員には翌年のお届けとなります。

(例)11月がお誕生日の場合 ⇒ 10月末までにご入会いただくと、11月中にお届けします。

※卒業後のキャンペーン等に関しては対象外になる予定です。また、「PROFILE」内の【最推し】および【アイコン】に関しましては、引き続きお選びいただけます。

上記ご案内の中で用いた「以降の卒業タレント対応」という記載についてのご説明となります。

こちらの記載につきまして、弊社タレントの卒業予定を示唆する意図はございません。

誤解を招く記述により、多大なご不安とご心配をおかけいたしましたことを、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。


本件の経緯といたしまして、天音かなたの卒業対応について多くのご要望をいただいたことをきっかけに、誕生日カードにおける「タレントが卒業した場合の対応全般」を修正することにいたしました。

皆様へのご案内に際しても、本件は天音かなたのみの限定的な対応ではないという方針を事前にお伝えしたく、卒業タレント全般に言及する記載を行った次第です。


繰り返しにはなりますが、これらは個別の卒業予定を前提としたものではございません。

あくまでも、今後のサービス運用において『誕生日カード』の制度改定を予定していることを、前もってお知らせすることを目的としたものとなります。

詳細については決定次第、改めて皆様にお知らせいたします。

We will be making some changes to the way we handle Birthday Cards for Amane Kanata’s graduation.


We have received many earnest requests from hololive FANCLUB members to "provide a grace period for graduating talents to receive Birthday Cards." After careful consideration, our management team has decided to respond to the wishes of our fans by changing our response method as follows.


The grace period for Amane Kanata is currently being adjusted along with the handling of subsequent graduating talents, so we will announce this again on the hololive FANCLUB NEWS.


*Birthday Cards will be sent in the member's birthday month, but for members whose birthday month is the same as their joining month, they will be sent the following year.

(Example) If your birthday is in November ⇒  If you join by the end of October, your card will be delivered in November.

*This will not be applicable to post-graduation campaigns. However, you will still be able to select your [Favorite] and [Icon] in your "PROFILE."

This is an explanation of the phrase "Handling of future graduating talents" used in the above notice.

This statement is not intended to imply that any of our talents are planning to graduate.

We sincerely apologize for the great anxiety and worry caused by our misleading statements.


The background to this matter is that we have received many requests regarding how to handle Amane Kanata 's graduation, and as a result, we have decided to revise the "General handling of events when a talent graduates" section of Birthday Card.

When informing everyone, we wanted to let everyone know in advance that this is not a response limited to Amane Kanata alone, so we have written a statement that refers to all graduated talents.


Again, these are not based on individual graduation plans.

The purpose of this notice is simply to inform you in advance that we are planning to revise the "Birthday Card" system in future service operations.

We will inform you of further details as soon as they are decided.


We would like to once again offer our deepest apologies for the lack of consideration on the part of the management team, which resulted in the content being misleading.


We would also like to express our sincere gratitude for your feedback in order to improve Birthday Card system.
