この度、「宝鐘マリン」の新曲制作において、ファンのみなさまにご協力いただき、コーラス収録を行います。

そこで、「hololive FANCLUB」会員様の中から、抽選で40名様にご参加いただきます。

みなさまのご応募・ご参加を、心よりお待ちしております。

日時：2026年8月22日(土)

※正午から夕方にかけての収録予定となります。時間は変動する場合がございますため、終日ご調整が可能な方のみ、ご応募ください。

集合場所：都内某所

応募期間に日本在住者であり18歳以上で、参加当日まで「hololive FANCLUB」有効会員の方

＜イベント参加同意事項＞

上記の他、本イベントへの参加にあたり、以下の同意事項(以下「本同意事項」といいます)に同意していただきます。

1.確約事項

■費用負担

本イベントへの参加にあたっての一切の費用(会場までの交通費や宿泊費を含み、これらに限られません)は、本イベントの参加者の自己負担となります。

■健康上の措置

健康上の理由により特別な配慮が必要な場合(慢性疾患をお持ちの方、本イベント前又は本イベント当日に健康を損なっている方、妊娠中の方、身体に障がいをお持ちの方を想定しますが、これに限りません)は、本イベントの開催前にあらかじめ当社に申し出るものとします。また、当該場合には、当社は可能な範囲で措置をとるものとしますが、健康管理は本イベントの参加者自らが責任をもって行い、その費用は本イベントの参加者自らが負担するものとします。

■医療上の措置

当社は、本イベント当日に疾病、障がい、その他の事由により医師の診断又は加療が必要だと判断した場合は、本イベントの参加者に対して必要な措置を講ずることができるものとします。なお、当該措置に生じた費用は本イベントの参加者自らの負担とします。

■撮影等の禁止

本イベント当日は、許可されている場合を除き、本イベント会場での写真撮影、ビデオ撮影、録音若しくはこれらに類似する行為は禁止とします。

■禁止事項

本イベント当日は、当社の指示に従うものとし、かつ違法となる行為を行わないものとします。

2.免責及び補償事項

■違反行為及び補償

本イベントの参加者は、以下に起因または関連して当社、その関係会社、役員、従業員、代理人に生じた一切の損失、損害、負債、請求、法的措置、費用(合理的な弁護士費用を含む)について、当社らを補償し、防御し、免責することに同意します。

(1)参加者が本イベントの応募資格(日本居住者であること、18歳以上であること等)について虚偽の表明をしたこと

(2)参加者の故意または過失により、他人に身体的傷害、死亡、または不動産・有体財産への損害を与えたこと

(3)参加者が適用される法令や規則に違反したこと

■当社の免責
参加者が本同意事項及び本イベントに関するページに定める事項に従わないことにより、本イベント参加者本人又は第三者が疾病・障害その他身体的・精神的・経済的被害を被った場合は、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

■不可抗力

当社は、天災地変、パンデミック、戦乱、暴動、事故、サーバーの不具合、食中毒、盗難、運送機関又は天候その他の事由により本イベントを安全かつ円滑に実施することが困難だと判断した場合には、本イベントの中止、延期、開催時間の延長又は変更をすることができるものとします。なお、本イベントの中止、延期、開催時間の延長又は変更により本イベント参加者が損害を被った場合でも、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

3.その他

■無効事由

本イベントの参加者が当社の指示に従わない場合、本イベントの参加者の本イベント応募内容に虚偽があることが判明した場合若しくは本イベントの参加者が本応募条件、本同意事項又は当社の利用規約に違反することが判明した場合は、本イベントに参加する権利は無効となります。

■コーラスに関する同意

本イベントにおいては、参加者のコーラスを収録いたします。参加者は、本イベントにおける自身の歌唱・音声等の収録に伴い発生する一切の権利(実演家の権利を含む)が、収録時点で、無償かつ取り消し不能で当社に移転・譲渡されることに同意します。法律上、譲渡できない権利がある場合、参加者は当社に対し、当該権利をあらゆる目的に自由に利用・処分できる、永続的、世界中、無償、譲渡可能かつサブライセンス可能な独占的利用権を許諾するものとします。

また、参加者は、実演家人格権、著作者人格権、肖像権、パブリシティ権及びその他一切の権利を当社及び当社の関係会社並びに当社が指定する第三者に対して行使いたしません。

■同伴者

本イベントの会場には、参加者の同伴者は入場できません。本同意事項にもかかわらず、本イベントの参加者が当該同伴者を伴って来場した場合は、本イベントの参加者は自らの同伴者の行為(規約違反や器物損壊などを含むがこれらに限られない)に対して連帯して責任を負うものとし、また同伴者が来場に伴い被った損害について、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

なお、本同意事項は、同伴者を伴って来場した場合の参加者の責任を定めるものであり、参加者の責任のもと同伴者の入場を許可する趣旨ではありません。

＜注意事項＞

・応募フォームへの入力は、正確に行ってください。応募内容の不備により、本イベントへの参加ができない等の不利益が発生した場合、当社では一切の責任を負いません。

・本イベントへのご応募はお一人様一回限りです。あらかじめご了承ください。

・応募者多数の場合、本イベントへの参加者の決定は抽選によって行います。

・本イベントへの参加者には、「hololive FANCLUB」にご登録いただいているメールアドレス(以下「本メールアドレス」といいます)宛てに当選のメール(以下「当選メール」といいます)が送信され、これをもって、参加者の発表に代えさせていただきます。

・【noreply@hololive-fc.hololivepro.com】からメールが受信できるよう、事前に受信設定をしてください。また、当選メールは再送いたしませんので、削除されませんようご注意ください。

・当選メールを受信又は確認できないことから発生した不利益については、一切の責任を負いません。

・応募者又は本イベントへの参加者は、如何なる理由をもっても応募資格及び本イベントへの参加の権利を第三者に譲渡することはできません。

・当選者には参加同意フォームを送ります。こちらに同意いただけない場合、参加できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

＜本人確認について＞

当日はご本人様確認を行います。当選メールと、下記ご本人様確認に必要な書類をご持参ください。ご本人様確認ができなかった場合は、いかなる理由でも無効にさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・公的機関が発行した『顔写真付きの指定身分証明書』1点

※原本のみ有効(写真・コピー・有効期限切れ不可)

<Application Period>

<Eligibility>

・Applicants must be Japanese residents during the application period and remain a Japanese resident until the day of participation of the event.

・Applicants must be 18 years of age or older during the application period and remain an active member of the "hololive FANCLUB" until the day of participation.

<Event Participation Agreement>

In addition to the above, by participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions").

1.Guarantees

■Cost burden

All expenses incurred in connection with this event (including, but not limited to, transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue) are the responsibility of the participants.

■Health measures

If you require special consideration due to health reasons (including, but not limited to, individuals with chronic illnesses, those experiencing health problems before or on the day of the event, pregnant women, or those with disabilities), you must notify us in advance of the event. In such cases, we will take measures to the extent possible, but participants are responsible for their own health management and will bear all associated costs.

■Medical measures

If our company determines that a participant requires a medical examination or treatment due to illness, disability, or other reasons on the day of the event, we may take necessary measures for that participant. The participant will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such measures.

■Prohibition of photography, etc.

On the day of the event, photography, video recording, audio recording, or similar activities are prohibited at the event venue unless otherwise permitted.

■Prohibitions

On the day of the event, you agree to follow our instructions and refrain from engaging in any illegal activities.

2.Indemnification and Disclaimers

■Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys' fees, costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Agreement relating to/arising out or resulting from legal actions, claims or any disputes (“Claims”) related to:

(1)the Participant falsely representing the fact that they met the eligibility requirements of this event, including but not limited to the fact that they are a Japanese resident and/or over 18 years old;

(2)any bodily injury, death of any person or damage to real or tangible personal property that is caused by the Participant; and/or

(3)any failure by Participant to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

■Compensation for Damages

 If we suffer any damage as a result of a participant's actions, the participant shall compensate us for such damage.

■Force majeure

Our company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or change the duration of this event if we determine that it is difficult to safely and smoothly carry out this event due to natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, accidents, server malfunctions, food poisoning, theft, transportation issues, weather, or other reasons. Furthermore, our company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by event participants as a result of the cancellation, postponement, extension, or change of this event.

3.Others

■Grounds for invalidation

If a participant fails to follow our instructions, if it is discovered that the participant's application for this event contains false information, or if it is discovered that the participant violates these application conditions, these terms and conditions, or our terms of service, their right to participate in this event will be forfeited.

■Consent regarding the chorus

During this event, we will record the participants' chorus. Participants agree to irrevocably assign, without any consideration, any and all rights that arise from their vocal contributions during this recording (including but not limited to performer rights) to our company.

The foregoing assignment shall be effective at the time of recording. If there are any rights that arise that cannot be assigned, participants agree to grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to our company to use any such rights for any lawful purpose that the company deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Furthermore, participants agree not to exercise any moral rights of performers, moral rights of authors, portrait rights, publicity rights, or any other rights against our company, our affiliated companies, or any third party designated by our company.

■Companion

Companions are not permitted to enter the venue for this event. Notwithstanding this agreement, if a participant brings a companion to the event, the participant will be jointly and severally liable for the actions of their companion, and the company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the Companion as a result of accompanying the participant to the event.

Please note that these terms and conditions define the responsibilities of participants when accompanied by a companion, and do not imply that the companion will be permitted entry at the participant's own risk.

<Important Notes>

・Please ensure that you fill out the application form accurately. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions, such as being unable to participate in this event, resulting from incomplete or incorrect application information.

・Each person may only apply once for this event. Please understand this in advance.

・If there are many applicants, participants for this event will be selected by lottery.

・Participants of this event will receive a winning notification email (hereinafter referred to as the “Winning Email”) sent to the email address registered with 「hololive FANCLUB」(hereinafter referred to as the “Registered Email Address”), and the sending of such email shall serve as the official announcement of selected participants.

・Please configure your email settings in advance to ensure you can receive emails from 【noreply@hololive-fc.hololivepro.com】. Also, please note that we will not resend the winning email, so please do not delete it.

・We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from your inability to receive or confirm the winning email.

・The personal information you provide through the application form will be used solely for this event. The company will not be sharing or selling your personal information to any third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

・Applicants or participants in this event may not transfer their eligibility to apply or their right to participate in this event to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

・Winners will receive a participation consent form. Please note that if you do not agree to this form, you will not be able to participate.

<Regarding identity verification>

We will verify your identity on the day of the event. Please bring your winning email and the necessary documents for identity verification listed below. If we are unable to verify your identity for any reason, your entry will be invalidated.

・One official identification document with a photograph issued by a public institution.​
