■How to use and precautions

For those who qualify, we will send an email containing a 【¥1,000 OFF coupon code】 from "hololive FANCLUB" by Friday, October 2nd.

Please enter the coupon code when purchasing items at the "hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP".

*If you do not receive an email containing the coupon code, please contact us by Saturday, October 31st using the Contact form listed on the "hololive FANCLUB" FAQ page.

*If you are unable to use the coupon code after the campaign period has started, please contact us via the "hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP" inquiry form ( https://shop.hololivepro.com/pages/contact ).

*This offer is only available for orders with a total product price of ¥2,750 (tax included, excluding shipping fees) or more.

*This coupon will give you a discount of up to ¥1,000 to the shipping fee. Product prices are not discounted.

*If the shipping fee is less than ¥1,000, the discount will be limited to the amount of the shipping fee.
